What if a team member doesn't work out?
The first three months are a probation period. If it's not working during that time, you can terminate on just one week's notice. No penalty, no fuss.
What are the contract terms after probation?
Once a team member passes probation, we ask for a one-month notice period and a minimum six-month contract.
How do you ensure reliable connectivity?
Every team member is set up with high-speed internet, plus backup power and infrastructure plans, so connection and availability are dependable.
How do we know the team is actually working?
We have a dedicated office in Colombo with managers who stay in close contact with the team. They typically work from home for convenience, but office attendance is mandatory on Fridays, and they can come in on other days whenever you need them to.
How do you look after your team?
We treat our team as our most important asset, with entertainment programs, company outings, trips, dinners and Friday night drinks, plus proper insurance coverage. Happy people do better work, and that benefits everyone.
How does your pricing work?
Fully transparent, with no high or hidden margins. We work from the team member's salary and add a clear, agreed percentage on top. For example, if their salary is AUD 2,000/month, we add 40% and that's your final bill. Nothing else.
How does billing and invoicing work?
Redblocks Australia is your single point of contact. All invoices come from Redblocks Australia, and GST and accountability are handled locally, so it's simple and compliant on your end.
Can we visit your Sri Lanka office?
Absolutely, and clients love to. Sri Lanka is wonderfully hospitable with plenty to see, and our team helps you get around, sometimes even accompanying you on trips. Many clients turn the visit into a work-and-vacation experience.
